Does anyone know if the company does not provide a rsv availability spread sheet at 7a and 7p, is this considered a contract violation?

Probably. There is one person who manually produces these on a daily basis in addition to assigning all of the open trips as well as answering phone calls etc. So if it comes out right at 0700 that's pretty lucky from what I've been told

This is so annoying that these people can't even put out a rsv Availability list! This is day two of them not providing one yet none of us can say anything about it. But god forbid we don't answer our phones when they call us! Such BS!
