Maybe that explains the big banner on the CPZ website that says "LAX Hiring event for pilots,FAs,MX" that just showed up in the last week or so

Just curious....how exactly does it "look like" this? Other than the rumor mill on here? The scary part is how many people believe the HAL flow, it says a lot about the pilot group. The people that believe this are probably the same ones that believed msp was here to stay and PHX was opening as a crew base.

don't have to assume, we are losing 15-20 a month, probably will be more now that MSP is closing. so that would be min of 90 in just six months. Looking at past CP newsletters, 2/3 of those leaving are CAs.

Well, our AA flying extends way past 2020 and management has said this multiple times so not sure why some think that in 2019 we'll be losing our AA flying.

Just the usual safety stuff,FAs saying its a 12 hour commute MSP-LAX and they want commuter rooms,no plans to open a PHX base at this time but it's not completely out of the realm of possibility. Rainmaker coming June 1st. That was about it.
