So it's the delta contract that expires in 2020? It would seem odd if DL went with only one CPA carrier on the west coast.

Upgrade here is longer. SkyWest just recently awarded a 9 month upgrade (granted that's bypassing people, and in DTW). Their upgrade not bypassing people is at 2 years or less.
Had you been shopping for a regional 3 years ago I would have said Compass. Today I would not give that advice. It's an ok place to get your time and move on but do your research, gather facts and make a decision from there.
I'm half tempted to suggest you stay at your current regional, but that's a decision you will have to make.

Correct me if I'm wrong guys but doesn't TSH have an order of 50 175E2s for 2020 that Embraer will allow to be converted to the current 175s? And also and order for the MRJ ? both doesn't meet scope which is why I heard Embraer will allow all E2 orders to be converted. So who knows where they plan to put them and what'll be the future at Compass after 2020. I hope I'm not here then but I'm almost certain I read all this a year or so ago don't remember the source or anything. Anyone with more knowledge on this please share or maybe I just completely made this up in my head
