Interesting...wonder why Jeremy would phrase it a different way then.
Either way, its good news. As I said, its a safe bet that some of the bottlenecking near the top is easing up. Seniority traffic can move again.

It feels like if they know the answer/solution to our questions they respond, otherwise they just ignore the emails....

As a high seniority FO, do ya'll think applying to Spirit is any better than waiting out an upgrade? Last I checked I'm looking at around 80 people ahead of me, all bases, per last vacancy. I have a really cushy FO line here, but upgrade would be a loooong time of reserve once my number finally gets called.
Big thing being I live in an NK base and don't have a college degree. Any thoughts?

It is tough to say what to do any more. At our current pace it may be close to 8 months before you upgrade because the next 2 months are class sizes of six and then 10-16 after depending. Then u have 2 months for class and OE after which is reserve as a captain for a few months. Depending on what truly happens in December as far as block hours goes it will prolly be 16 months to get the 1000 hours pic time. Just talk to the captains that upgraded right away and been reserve for over a year and most do not have 500 hours. You do not fly a lot here on reserve because everybody wants the time and rarely call off or drop. I have met many reserve FO that have been here since June and July 2016 and do not have more than 2-300 hours because they never get to fly.
All that said though we did have a lot more guys leave last month and hopefully that continues. It is awesome seeing people move on and going where they want to go. It is a tough call. I wish they would just be more upfront about hours and what LAX and SEA will look like because you know they already know this information.

Why does scheduling always change what rap we are on? I know they are not allowed to change our first rsv day but they just put me on the rest of the week of rap2, which I'm not complaining about.
