He's the hero Compass deserves, but not the one it needs right now. ^

MajorTom is the hero Compass needs, not deserves *
I had to make an accountant just to ask as well, how did you make the excel spread sheet? And does anyone else know how to decipher the IOCC duty plan? Is that info given to us anywhere? Codes, total hours to be paid, etc..

I think there was an email that went out a couple weeks ago that broke down the duty page

If it's a learning curve to get the reserve availability on My Comply 365, what have they been doing at GoJet and TSA? Have they had access to it or just been going with what the company says?
I know Compass isn't TSA or GoJet, but you'd think they would have passed that instruction along if they were doing it.

Probably. But if we're talking about shabby contracts TSA is paying 100% DH, GoJet will soon have 100%. Both of them are paying higher per diem than Compass.
I'm not certain it's the contract which is crap as much as the people enforcing it... Aka mgmt

I also created an excel sheet. I put in my planned trips and then update with what I actually fly. Sad it has come to this...

So its payday again and my paycheck isn't correct, I'd like to say I'm surprised but I'm not! anyone else have a check that is significantly short on hours?
My real question is this... we got an email from payroll on March 21st titled netline pay explanation part III, I the email it says be will be payed the greater of either projected credit or adjusted line G + above guarantee, I was payed the lesser. What are other people seeing are you being payed the greater or lesser of the two?
