I had to make an accountant just to ask as well, how did you make the excel spread sheet? And does anyone else know how to decipher the IOCC duty plan? Is that info given to us anywhere? Codes, total hours to be paid, etc..

I think there was an email that went out a couple weeks ago that broke down the duty page

There was but it seemed vague.
I may be missing something obvious but where are codes such as "BTG" found. Do we have any manuals on this?

If it's a learning curve to get the reserve availability on My Comply 365, what have they been doing at GoJet and TSA? Have they had access to it or just been going with what the company says?

I know Compass isn't TSA or GoJet, but you'd think they would have passed that instruction along if they were doing it.

Probably. But if we're talking about shabby contracts TSA is paying 100% DH, GoJet will soon have 100%. Both of them are paying higher per diem than Compass.

I'm not certain it's the contract which is crap as much as the people enforcing it... Aka mgmt

I also created an excel sheet. I put in my planned trips and then update with what I actually fly. Sad it has come to this...

They don't posts the reserve grid or availability reports over at GeauxJets or the Tranny

I was paid the same. Was paid projection, which was less than Adj Line G + Abv guar. About 2 hours short.
