Quick question to whomever might know: I'm trying to jumpseat but the gate agent in PHX says my photo isn't coming up in CASS. Any idea who I should call about that (at 8pm msp time....)? It worked yesterday....

If it's Delta, make sure they use your "short" number, not the PPR number.

Apparently the gate agent was acknowledging my employee number and then STILL adding all the zeros to it.

Great, thanks all. Will call the oncall CP. The gate agent used my "short" number and said my info came up but the photo had a red X.

Additionally when I was at Compass and attempting to jumpseat on a non-DL carrier, I kept getting denied due to my passport info being entered incorrectly by the company. Talked to the CP on duty and it also was fixed in minutes. Just another minor gremlin worth checking out.

Compass Updates - Saga Continues
Haven't seen any emails about base vacancies in a long while (I am aware of the upgrade freeze). Flica is frozen in February or even December in some corners of the site so it still begs the question..
When the time comes for upgrades, are we still using Flica or will it be somewhere else?
Also, are domicile transfers occurring or has all movement (including lateral) stopped until June/July when upgrades resume? I'd love to change bases asap.
