Compass Updates - Saga Continues

I wish AO would spend more of his time trolling the payroll dept than APC. Guess it's good to know they are reading this, but to actually engage in official company communications with an anonymous APC personality seems slightly unprofessional to me.
But what do I know....

Unfortunately he is. They show us the DL sim instructors write up of that guy in CA upgrade. It's worse than bad. It's a perfect "Don't be that guy" example.
Long story short, the instructor said something to him and he scratched his back with his middle finger at the instructor.

Of course they check APC, they're pilots looking to make it to the big leagues just like us. Also, these forums are mgmt's best friend. They know exactly what we are thinking, while we sit and wonder what their game plan might be. Chess vs checkers.....

More like the fact that the luck of the Irish didn't find him during his multiple go arounds on his line check in RNO

to my shame I've been with three airlines. The happenings on message boards has never been representative of the day to day line pilots.
Everything in this cesspool is taken to the extreme. We're either getting stapled to Delta's list or closing shop in the fall. Everything that the company does is an intentional action by management to stick it to the pilots. Every slight bump in the road is a mountain of hyperbole.
This is not the case on the line. Most pilots are sensibly concerned about thinks, have reasonable discussions about them, and we go on with our lives
