Now that it's somewhat clear that we lost the 6 170's as a result of TSH refusing to sell us to Delta, what are the chances Delta tries to buy us again and TSH gives us up? With no substantiated evidence, I have a feeling that Delta wants us back, and I think they're going to continue to try to get us back.

Errr what? CPZ was founded because of BK, not sold because of it.
The "sell" occurred well after bankruptcy and quite a bit after the merger. (CPZ also wasn't originally a Delta Regional FYI)
*the reason why I say "sell" is because I'm pretty sure that it was a transfer agreement that gave Compass to TSH for pretty much free because Delta wanted to unload regionals that badly.
