Year 2 FO's are on year 4 pay with a $10,000/yr retention bonus as well, so yeah.
I'm not so sure our AA performance is "ridiculously good," MTD we are around:
D0: 55%
A14: 67%
CF is 100%
So yes our CF is great, but mid 50s and 60s doing all West Coast flying doesn't sound out of this world good.

No kidding tsh doesn't own those aircraft. Neither does mq. An enlightening observation! Ask yourself... What does AA stand to gain by buying out or breaking our contract. Now what does Envoy gain?

Pretty easy to see where these rumors are coming from.
Exactly. We're going to keep the birds until the contract is up.

That's why your at that job right? What if your paycheck was spot on every time but you had a 50% cancellation rate? Would that be acceptable to you? Because I don't think it would be acceptable to the customers...
Except that the weather has been great in STL for the past week and hasn't prevented anyone from getting to work....mmk.
The COO recently put out a memo profusely apologizing for the completely inexcusable pay issues and he nailed it on the head. That was a great memo and it was totally necessary for him to put out. He took full responsibility and said payday should be a day to look forward to, not a day to dread not knowing if you'd get paid properly or not. I was impressed by the way he handled it...no excuses from him. I hate excuses...you're full of them.

Haven't you realized that being cheap isn't good enough now? The carriers with owned regionals have figured out that if you pay well, you can get numbers that are better than what happens when you go to the lowest bidder.

Great news everybody! I just got an email in my Compass box offering up to $84,000 as a Captain Qualified FO. Now hiring for May class dates!!!!

The best part, you can fly as CA or FO depending on the airline's scheduling needs!

Even more exciting the bases: Chicago, Denver, Raleigh-Durham, St Louis and Washington DC!!!!!!

I'm glad to see your company looks out for you guys over there by providing opportunities to upgrade faster. That should be seen as a big benefit.
