All my per-diem from 12 month is missing as well as one cancelled San Diego turn and all my over-block...ugh. Who do I email? Is it TSHpayroll?

My pay was way off too (credit and per diem) and I finally got a response from payroll today. They admitted it was submitted wrong or read wrong from Netline, blah blah blah. Apparently they know of the issues and are working on it? But if you don't email them they probably won't audit everyone so you would be crazy not to email them. Contract says that they have to resolve and pay-out within 3 days of validating the error on your check.
Maybe it would be worth it to CC the union in on that payroll email. I don't know if ALPA can babysit the payroll dept but someone needs to.

well they just sent an email saying payroll will be going through each crew members time card individually with direct deposits being issued by Friday for those people underpaid. At least they were somewhat aware.

The problem is that the union should no have to babysit payroll. Generally it is each crew member's responsibility to monitor when there is a SNAFU. But it would probably be in everyone's best interest if this was passed along to the union. As someone else said on here, us just griping without taking action is not going to get us anywhere.
