That's part of the thrill for me. Dealing with all of the ish and trying to get out on time. Besides, i don't think you're sending the intended message.

Which becomes a work action at some point and then a bunch of alphabet soup gets involved and it never ends well for anyone

So in the All-Call they said the next upgrades would be in July. We're losing on average 10-12 captains every month. So between now and July we're looking at losing 70-84 captains. So basically we're waiting until we're behind the curve again to start upgrades again. Sounds about right....
