We sacrifice so much for this job. We don't have the ability to simply ask for a day off from the boss should we need to attend an important event as in other jobs. In those other jobs youd still be home that night at least. We *need* the ability to adjust our schedules. Our personal lives depend on it. With IOCC, TSH is giving us and our families the middle finger. This is unacceptable! When I applied to CP years ago, it was an awesome place to be. I walked away from a decent amount of seniority to come here. In the back of my mind, a small voice told me to watch out, TSH is at the reigns, and no one wants to work for that circus. But hey, my friends were happy so I made the jump.

And now look at us. Morale is shot. People are showing up to work ticked off and it's even affecting camaraderie. To think I used to look forward to coming to work.

I have a lot to thank for IOCC. Got me motivated to get my apps out and get hired. Thanks TSH! Putting in my two week notice soon.

WN has their own proprietary system. They aren't going to IOCC. Some food for thought...even the cost savings master JO hasn't implemented IOCC at Mesa

Anyone thinking about coming here needs to think twice, and consider if they want to be able to have some schedule flexibility.
Guess I'm one of the lucky ones this month. Submitted to drop a turn and pick up a split trip from open time, both approved. However the pick up didn't show approved but showed up on my schedule this morning. My monthly schedule for March is showing February's monthly credit and block time is my issue and making sure the pay looks correct. Also does anyone know is overblocking is actually going on the paycheck with this new system.

Everybody..If you attempted to make a trade and it was denied for a bogus reason (37 hours, etc.), keep all the info, take screenshots and file a grievance. If they won't give you the trip you were entitled to, we need to grieve for premium pay for them. This has to hurt the company in order for it to be remedied.

I can't see the reserve grid for March. Anyone know how many Green Days there are?

I do, and it's actually somewhat useful. It becomes active in the Check-In IOCC app an hour before your check-in time for the day. When you click on it, it downloads a PDF on your phone which shows your day. Tail numbers, where the inbound of the first flight is coming from (if applicable), MELs, etc.
