Max FDP starting 0500-0559 is 12 hours so I'd time out at 1715. Or since there is 10h17m between the two in base is that considered rest making it legal?

I think getting 8 hours of sleep from 9am after getting 8 hours of sleep all night is gonna be impossible not to mention being a commuter so I'd need a hotel too.
OP of this comment, for those curious, I emailed crew scheduling and chief pilots with concerns of not being able to get the rest and they immediately removed the evening leg no questions asked.

dont except that it's common sense you can't go right to sleep at 9am and be well rested for same day show. They will stop doing this if no one accepts it. We are not robots it's called sleep cycles.

For those got built ups for February any idea on how to drop reserve days? Or do you just have to email trip trades?

Not saying that it was factor in this incident. Just a general statement regarding the conversation that was going on before

How do you drop trips? I can't see anywhere to just plain drop a trip or a partial trip like you could in flica.

Top left corner, click on the square and select the clock looking thing (open time user). under "duties" find the trip you want to drop and select the little square in the far left of the trip. Directly above you will see a couple of new options light up, one of theme is "deselect" the other is a weird 3/4 of a clock looking icon. Click that icon and a pop will will ask you if you're sure you want to drop the trip. click yes. assuming the reserve coverage allow it that should do it, Its gonna take forever to precess.

You can not drop reserve days. Sorry to tell you. You can only trade them. But you can't drop a red day.

Who knows if that applies to the new system

I posted a couple before yours with a followup. I emailed the chief pilots and they removed the evening flight no questions asked. I saw there was a discussion like 30 pages ago about this exact issue but with reserves who didn't want to make a stink so I wanted to give my followup.
