There are 10 more or so 175's to be delivered between now and mid summer, all of them to be spread between SEA, SFO, and LAX so expect more delta shuffling in your future.

It's great that you take so much pleasure in the hardships of other pilot groups. One day the shoe will be on the other foot so enjoy it.

Thanks for continuing to give Skywest the reputation it does not deserve. It's people like you that can bring down an entire pilot group.

They seem to be earning that reputation more by the day. I understand being excited about growth but I've never seen a pilot group more eager to rub it in others' faces.

The "Delta" Skywest birds are going to be on much shorter/shuttle routes throughout the west while Delta puts Compass on longer routes. The reason being is that Delta owns the Compass planes while Skywest owns their own. By putting Compass on longer routes Delta can minimize cycles on planes they own. As a result Compass will not see a significant reduction in block hours (if any) and will actually have better trip productivity than exists today.

This is why you mainline skywest pilots have the reputation that you do.

I agree and also another factor I'm sure is because of the scope clause on our 175s which allows us a bring 89,000 lbs while everyone else is below 86,000lbs that makes us a little less Weight limited for the long hauls. I was saying the same thing a few days ago.

No 89,000lbs on our Delta birds. Compass is the only regional with planes above 86,000lbs because our planes were certified under Northwest back then so we have a scope clause. This is a FACT if you're a CP guy check it out next time you fly
