SEA for a newhire?
So let's say you're fortunate/unfortunate enough to be the last new hire in 2016. most junior in your class. What are the chances of getting into SEA or finding ones way into SEA shortly while holding the bottom number on the CPZ seniority list?

I think at this point, It's hard to say. With no more hiring for a few months your going to be stuck at the bottom. Depending on attrition and base openings you might get sea right away or you might be stuck for a few months. I think we will have to wait and see what the next few months brings us with attrition.

As others have said, it's impossible to tell right now. Too many things changing at once. My hunch - the next base vacancy bid will be for the April bid period, maybe May. Which base have you been assigned to begin with?

They just told us we're all "MSP" for training and they let us submit handwritten bids at orientation. Returning for indoc Monday. Im on edge trying to plan for where I'm going to be based, hoping it's not LAX

You can prob plan on going to lax since that is the biggest base

Was told yesterday that there will be a March bid, but I'm not holding my breath to see too many openings in SEA
