I don't think that's accurate at all. If you guys are upgrading 24 a month now, that was more than when I was at compass as we left during the flow. So in theory movement is just as fast if not quicker on the upgrade end of things.

Totally agree. We are losing 20-25 pilots a month. That's 2-4 times more than management planned on. Hence the sim in Paris due to the company not projecting a continuing need to hire. As far as picking up open time, it's a good way for reserves to offset their 75 hr pay checks IMO. We don't have anyone on furlough and we aren't in contract negotiations. Besides, with the 85hr floor, typically the only ones who are legal to pick stuff up are reserves anyway. Just my opinion though.

I've been to over a dozen Fedex/Kinkos printshop locations and all have given the discount. Are there actually locations that won't give discounts? I've gotten discounts on print work too: logbooks and resumes.
