So, did anyone read the latest memo from MW? Hiring and upgrade freeze indefinitely after the last Dec 22nd new hire class and apparently only one of the upgrade classes awarded in January will be honored?
No furloughs but offering personal leaves from Jan 2017-May 2017 to those that want some "time off"?

It just means that there is most likely absolutely ZERO prospects of adding extra flying in the near future. If they had something in the works, they wouldn't be offering personal leaves.
