There's tons of open time so it's not over. I think they are hoping people will pick up straight time before going to 150.

Oh they will pick it up. About as fast as the 150% pay is.

And most of that open time will disappear when IOEs are booked by LW.

Is my schedule complete or are they going to add more reserve time?

I got my first FO line for April and it was 6255 credit. I've been sick and realized I missed SAP and it I'm noticing it just added one day of reserve, but the credit still shows 6255. Since it's below 75 are they gonna add random reserve days or is this gonna be my set schedule and get below guarantee pay?
