Just did mine a couple of months ago with them. I got referred to another guy in the office who had me take pictures of my certificates and drivers license, then email them to him. Filled out IACRA and got it done. Pretty painless. The process took a couple of weeks, with the back and forth emails.

I got that bag more so for the space of all the crap i carry with me on trips like ipad, headset, snacks, chargers, sunglasses, flashlight etc. I mean realistically you might be able to store a bunch of tupperware in the cooler part with a little room for the actual cooling pack however I never tested the limits. I just know that people who generally care about packing for a full 3-5 day trip have a full separate cooler bag on top of their flight bag which is what that bag is mostly to me, just a flight bag that happens to have a small cooler section .
Much appreciated!

Does anybody have anything fresh off the press on any of these? maybe something with 3 month recency max
Thank you guys!
1)no more new hire bonus? $2700/month first year or bust?
2)does Compass have any more equipment coming within next 2-3 years?
3) Has SEA really gotten very hard to get as base for a newbie?
4) is upgrade still around 1.5 year mark? what's the tendency?
Thank you guys!

1.) Correct, no signon bonus, and pay os $36.26x75 first year
2.) Not sure on this one
3.) False, new hires are getting base of choice on orientation day or before they finish training. Time on RSV is least for LAX, mid for SEA, and longest at MSP around the 4-5 month mark. For captains MSP is senior.
4.). My panel told upgrades currently sit at 10mo. and are basically as soon as you hit 121 mins but at least 6 mo. with company.

Our most junior LAX Captain was hired 10/25/15, so pretty much exactly a year ago. The ONLY reason that even surprisingly happened, is because the company at the time was indefinitely upgrading 24 people per month, so senior FOs were not in a rush to bid for the slots. When that E-mail came out saying the gravy train would stop, followed by a notice of vacancy that only had 6 upgrades, Compass' "quick upgrade" vanished into a *poof*. Quick being the 3-6 month upgrade.
If that 10/25/15 guy would have submit his bid to upgrade on the next notice of vacancy he would have still been an FO today with about 100 FOs senior to him waiting in line to upgrade.
That guy will be on Captain reserve here for maybe 2.5 years from DOH.
I'd say upgrades as of now are at least 18-20 months for someone with zero 121, and just as much for someone with 121 time, and I say that only because everyone and their momma that was hired first half of 2015 are finally getting their 1000 hours, and that's a long list to go through before anyone hired today gets their upgrade slot.

What? 10 months? I don't think so.

Word is 30-40 pilots leaving in the next month and more after that so reserve time and upgrades will probably change.
