No idea. They must be actively looking for new instructors all the time. Every time I've been in the school house, I always run into someone who's in instructor training. Lots of people leaving constantly. It's good money. You get 100 hours of credit for doing 19 sessions. A lot do 2 sessions in one day. Mix that with a little bit of flying along with your CA pay and you can do the math!

Meh my time there Heath and Bob were awesome never dealt with Todd but heard good things. For the new group I had positive interactions with the lax cp. The others I've only heard bad things about.

Well 10 CA vacancies in January. Seems as the upgrade train is not derailed and continues.

JS is the biggest slimeball of all of them. He's literally MW's protege... lead from the shadows and motivate through fear. I just talked to a new hire that said JS directed DR to speak in new hire training, no "welcome to compass" he just started off with threats and hat talk.

Flown with DR and he is a great dude and good pilot. JS is no different. Sounds like you're pretty misinformed. Do your job, don't lie, don't complain on APC about pointless things, and you shouldn't really have any issues.

If you don't like it, become CP and you can do it too!

Is there a resource where we can consult to understand some of the acronyms on Flica?

I have a question about recovery. I'm asking here because the contract is not worded well.
Scenario: scheduled for a 15 hour trip. Company removes that trip and places you on recovery. Then the company calls and assigns you a 10 hour trip..
How much do you get paid? Are you paid for 25 hours or 15 hours?
