Maybe. Maybe not. With the rate the resignations are coming in and getting people through upgrade there may be some growing pains.

It's good they took a break with the upgrades. We are so understaffed right now with instructors and sim availability, very few recent upgrade classes are finishing on schedule.

I think it's extremely unprofessional to take issues with any pilots you have at the company to this forum, but you won't do it on the ALPA forum because your real name would be attached. Come on man. If you have issues, contact pro stands. Keep it off the web. Seriously, the way you act reflects upon all of us. I know the average age at Compass may be a little bit lower, but it's time to be and act like adults at this level.

No, I didnt actually call on the phone. It was a long time ago, I was on probation still at the time and I simply asked in person since they were in the crew room office at the time. Otherwise, no I wouldnt have bothered them for accidentally leaving it behind, once.
