For the record, I was never wanting scope to be relaxed. I was simply examining the possibility of us getting more aircraft, and how it might come about, IF ever. If that is at the expense of scope relaxation, no way am I in support of it.

Noticed that they just sent out the vacancies for bidding. I'm totally new at this--I was told that our bidding priorities would automatically be entered when they passed around a sheet on orientation day several weeks ago and we put down our desired positions/bases. Will somebody automatically enter that on FLiCA at some point before bidding closes? I just got access to FLiCA and noticed mine were all empty, so added them--is that right? Thanks.

It's been a while for me but I believe soon you'll see another email that says "Notice of Award " and that'll tell you what you were awarded from training based on what you requested. If you got the desired base (which you should ) then you'll never have to change anything in FLICA unless you want to change that base. Wait on that email (Notice Of AWARD) because "Notice of Vacancy" was just telling you that LAX has 16 FO slots , 4 SEA and 2 MSP. So I hope you get what you want when the Award comes out. If it's LAX you'll definitely get it based on the vacancy.

In case anyone missed it, vacations are posted on FLICA for 2017. Weird that they haven't sent an email about them.
