That's exactly what I'm hearing as well. I know several guys with United class dates just waiting out the summer. Delta is ramping up their hiring to 150 guys a month so it's just beginning to get crazy. Hiring and upgrades won't slow down around here much.

Off topic. Can we jump seat out of Canada on one of our own flights? Can we occupy the actual jump seat? Anyway to avoid the intl taxes?

I'd love to understand the guy's thought process: Is he so self-absorbed that he actually thinks that other people besides himself care about his lost pen? Or did he know that literally nobody here gives a $hit about his pen but he sent the email anyway, therefore intentionally wasting everyone's time? And which is worse?
There seems to be an epidemic of people bestowing their problems upon the entire pilot group via company email and it's high time it stopped. CMPAllPilots is not your personal lost and found attendant.
