I heard Randow’s coming back as COO...if so, bad news...
He’s a numbers guy who could give no ********s about pilots. Used to be ahead of scheduling and SOC before becoming COO back after DL sold Compass to TSH. I’ll never forget his speech to new captains by basically saying ontime performance was more important than safety...

He forgot the best rumor of all: Delta is buying CP, giving our jets to Endeavor, then putting all Compass (with that 190 type rating) pilots on Delta payroll and with a seniority number! We're all getting hired to fly the 190s for them.
I'll put in my bid for the A350 asap. Saw one in person today, oh my it's pretty.

Hahaha! Just for reference, I'm pretty sure it's the (nose of) the FedEx 727 at the Santa Monica Museum of Flight. Which means... Compass is getting three holers! Junior pilots are getting displaced to sit sideways!
