Pause the video. Looks like UA is 2 feet back from the mark. And OO 175 is 2 feet left of centerline... hmmmm. I like how the lady says “it felt like we ren over a body”. How does she know that!! And “we hit Continental “... airlines been gone for 6 years...

I feel bad for the guy. So the marshallers dropped the ball, and he gets left holding the bag? Lame. I know those envoy rampers that Marshall us into the box hardly pay attention. Obviously we have to look the best we can and be conservative, but we cant see everything! The news guy pointed out that they were both on the respective lines so maybe the ops people or city bear some fault too? Hopefully this crew doesn't get held back in their careers

Anybody see the new read file about checking lat/longs when we hav an expired datase? I guess they are revising the release to show lat/longs sp we can go through each fix.
Anybody else get the feeling were gonna start seeing more expired databases in the future?

CP-"So why were you ten minutes late getting off the gate for every flight today?"
PMDW-"Well I had to verify every lat long in the database because mx didn't get it updated in time."
(Earlier that day)
PMDW-"Okay, let's verify the points on the HLYWD1 arrival now. OK first is ESTWD: N"

"Deferred is preferred." That's the TSH mechanic motto!
Thanks Hulas!

Lufthansa is costing us way more than expected since they have to pay to fix all the iocc bugs so that our part time FAs can trade away all of their trips that it forced TSH to drop down to the Bronze FMS update package. Frequent updates are only available in the Gold and higher packages
