Ain't nobody got time for that Quick Reaction Horsemanuer! I just know I see that write up constantly and laugh as I take another bite of my swedish fish. If captains would start thinkin a little bit more about the next guy than that frosty beverage waiting for them at the hotel, we wouldn't be having these problems!

Default 5/20 Crib Pay Seat Support

Why would anyone care if someone dequals. They will be pay protected and paid on top of that for the extra sim it will cost to requal them. The fact that the company waited till the end of the grace month (3 months), isn’t gonna make me jump on a cross country flight to play FO on my days off, for a measly 150%.

Is there any? I thought the requirements were: Pulse, and have you ever seen an airplane before?

Sometime back there was a read file on this.

You don’t even need to do the turn on and off. Just turn it on like normal (wait for the yellow block on the %), then turn it on. No issues.

What happened is the aircraft lost power before the SOV fully closed.
I could have sworn it's wait for the "APU Fuel SOV closed" EICAS message you have to wait for. Takes 2 minutes after the APU reaches "off" if I remember correctly. Either way, it's no problem if the ground crew plugs in the GPU with any level of urgency on the RON flight. Get that APU coming down and it'll be closed long before everyone is done deplaning and the FAs have taken their 5 bags each off.
