Summer 16 here here. I was really contemplating jumping ship a few months ago. If they took my vacation, I would have. So far things are looking better. As long as they don’t mess around with me too much or throttle upgrades again, I’ll probably stick it out for the upgrade.

I'm thinking of it too. I think their upgrade time is starting to go up for a little bit until they get new aircraft. Which means you could be behind all the regional captains in terms of PIC points on your app. From reading some of their forums it seems their trips tend to be inefficient which means less days off for min guarantee. The money is definitely better but I haven't seen how much it increases every year for inflation, that could be good or bad.
I'm right there with you and there's lots of pros and cons but the hardest part is our management lying and hiding facts so who knows how long upgrade will take. Good luck in your decision.

We've always had inefficient trips, however that still didn't stop me from blocking 500 hrs last year and credit 1000+ We still have the min of 4 days off between trips with the new contract, and QOL is still good. I spent 8 years at a regional, IMO I feel safer knowing my future is not decided by Delta, American and United.
