The runways are too close together unfortunately, 16L and 16C are very close (773 feet centerline to centerline, ~580 or so edge to edge). So the approach controllers have told me they're treated "as one runway", basically. What they really need is bypass taxiways to get rid of all this cross the center hold short the right... cross the right... and be able to line up and depart all traffic off 16C so they can do simultaneous landings on 16L/16R. Also if alpha ran all the way down parallel, they might give 16L to us more often, but more often than not you're in the way with all the traffic going north on bravo to depart. At this point, it's a terribly designed airport with a mostly useless center runway.
I think they should just eminent domain all the real estate south of the field, add a crosswind runway that departs over the sound (7000 ft or so), put the bypasses in, and then they could depart to the west/east while traffic lands simultaneously north/south.

Then jets and instrument landings changed the world. Faster landing speeds and less viability required for operations drove wider spacing needs. Hence, the third runway to achieve current separation needs.
Reading the article reminds me of what STL went through with their W1-W plan that added their third runway. I had friends in church back 25 years ago that fought it so they would not be bought out. Then others, after they buyout started, who were just beyond the buyout area that were unhappy they wanted to get bought out as well.
Of course when ‘Col.’ Lambert developed his farm field into a place for airplanes, there was just one request. Keep the grass cut short enough so it did not get hung up in the wheels. That was back when Slim flew in. You many remember he flew the Spirit of St. Louis as the first solo nonstop across the Atlantic. The 3rd runway crosses over the highway named for Slim. Lindbergh Blvd now goes through a tunnel under the runway.

updated W2 forms
I recently got an email from Paycor that they screwed up and will be sending an updated W2.
I have not received anything, just wondering if anyone else got one yet?

I heard from a FA that they were told on April 13 that they were getting updated W2s. I haven't heard anything though...

I don't work there any more and it came to my gmail account.
it said they would send it out within 10 business days and specifically said there would not be an electronic version. That seems strange to me because the original W2 is on available on the Paycor website.
Do you have an email for the Compass payroll dept?
thx

Does anybody know if/where it explicitly states that pilots have to be in full uniform when on a deadhead? I've heard that our FAs do but I've not been able to find it in our CBA or FOM. I know other, more reputable, airlines don't have any requirement for that.
