Went to upgrade training in May of 2016. Next month I will have my first line!
I'd like to thank a few people. First my wife and kids who forget my face but not my paycheck. Next I'd like to thank all my friends in crew scheduling. Without you I would never have experienced the triple deadhead, or the limos to sna to pick up a plane that doesn't exist. And finally I'd like to thank the few new hire FOs I got to work with who spent the whole trip bemoaning their life and their third month of reserve. With out you I'd have no good "oh, Chad..." moments.
Thank you, God bless, and GO COMPASS!
Love,
Captain Poser.

Don’t complain about not getting a line after 1 year... some of us sat reserve for 8 years!!!! Only to get a crapy line over the weekends now!!! Truth is Compass, SkyWest ect. There is no correct answer... all Regionals suck... And honestly not much better at the Major level. This industry is definitely a “life style”...
