7 lucky FOs didn't have vacation taken away, guess that's something company can brag about and not sending out a mass email.
SEA pairings credit per day has huge improvements already, but depends on how senior you sitting at though.

Like pay rates, etc on the APC profiles. It helps every pilot group negotiate.
So knowing what a typical pairing credits/ show/release/ legs looks like helps a person make a decision and allows all pilots to better bargain.
You don't necessarily have to copy and paste a pairing but a little more information than flying, followed by a victory lap can be helpful.
I'd say the way to look at it is for a new hire not to worry about what is in the bid package, the more senior you are though the better you'll be able to hold desirable pairings. When you have that seniority no matter where you end up QOL will improve.

Don’t worry I got it.
Day one: 0730 show for Pasco turn. 3 hour sit then Spokane for the night.
Day 2: 0500 show. Begin to wonder if all these early shows will one day cause a stoke at 40. Fly to seattle, sit 2.5 hours, Portland turn. Wait 2 more hours for your delayed deadhead to redmond. Meet 18 compass pilots on the deadhead and at the Redmond ramp.
Day 3: 0520 show. Off to salt lake. 4 hour sit. Think about your life choices. Head to Calgary for your THIRTY HOUR OVERNIGHT.
Day 4: spent in Calagary wondering why you chose to become a pilot and reading frantic Crib Pay emails that you can’t grab. And looking up Spirit mins.
Day 5: 0600 show. Fly to Seattle, land by 7:30am. (This is where this trip should end). Nope, sit 4.5 hours. Listen to another heartbreaking company call replay. Get half way through, accidentally leave the app, give up because you don’t want to start over. Victoria turn that gets delayed an extra 2 hours as you perform mechanical resets, each time getting a new Embraer EICAS message. Duty off just in time for evening rush hour.
Total block hours: 19:43
Credit: 20:00 (only 65 more to go!)
Then 2 days off to get to know your family (1 if you commute) and a 0730 show for your next 5 day

My 3 day goes like this.
Day 1: show up at least 3 minutes late, and after getting the pleasantries out of the way, start asking about the snack basket. Explain that I like my ginger ale in a paper bag.
First landing: slam it on. Then explain that this is in order to set the bar appropriately on the first day.
Day two: do my rapping bit with the rampers on push back, throw up my gang signs when we disconnect
Day three: explain to the pax in the welcome brief that the smooth ride we are expecting is due to the first officer's superior navigation skills. That way when we get moderate, they all wonder what he/she is doing wrong.
Last landing grease it in, make the reverse, and explain during deplaning when they mention how good it was that he FO walked me through that one.
But I think you were asking about Seattle, thats an LAX example.

Wow 5 day pairing
Man, if that 5 day pairing is true, it’s like your in prison. What a horrible pairing and credit hour. Makes we want to reconsider applying to compass.
