Currently short 40 FOs,just barely enough to cover the schedule provided all the stars line up perfectly.

Three things they didn’t answer on this call:
1) No career pathway programs
2) Our travel benefits are still lacking behind our competitors
3) Our CPAs still expire in 2020
As long as those questions are up in the air, we’re never going to get staffing back to the acceptable level (+40 pilots). Seems these people have their head in the sand when it comes to the reality of attrition, and I can’t wait to see it affect their paychecks.

My phone cut out part way through the right seat CA conversation. Did I hear correctly that all CAs were going to be made right seat qualified at 12M?

admittedly I was listen while also trying to keep a 2 month old calm so I may have missed it, but I didn't hear anything about right seat qualification.
