From our CEO here at 9E, it sounds like the Compass pilots are coming with the planes as early as October.

If this plays out, what about all the SEA DL flying and SEA based Compass pilots? Stay and keep doing what they're doing, now for Endeavor? Get told they're going to the east coast? Or thanks, but we don't need you?

Where exactly is this coming from? Are there memos, or is he speaking at a conference somewhere? Just looking for some solid proof. Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

He spoke to crewmembers in a crewroom, and while not saying compass specifically, said something to the effect of “we don’t have to hire to grow, we can acquire pilots...”

Delta moved us west very possibly because they were positioning us for an acquisition down the line. 9E is very much in Biggie's territory and a small minority of their pilots live out west. Delta can very easily force Hulas to sell, whether that's really their plan no one knows but there are still RJ flights that need to be flown out of SEA PHX and LA. Who is going to do them is anyone's guess... I imagine that if compass is not bought by Delta then it would be Stallweezy but they just opened an NYC 175 base. If cpz is bought and merged into 9E then it would mostly be compass guys operating west, I can't imagine Delta would push cpz west, acquire us and then send all of us east.

2 months ago we were certain SkyWest was going to buy us
1 month ago we were certain RAH was going to take us. The writing was on the wall. The CEO had said stuff.
Today 9E is about to acquire us, even their CEO said so.
One year from now we’ll probably be in the same bases with the same jets flying for the same company, discussing how it’s a matter of days before PSA buys us.

Delta's for sure buying us. Anyone that took the Delta battery gets merged with 9E the rest get stapled. The big announcement is next Friday!
