Not our job to work ourselves to death to bail out the company. This is their issue and they need to fix it. One kind of has to wonder if they really even DO care. The people that run airlines are seldom idiots, and frankly, if mere dumb pilots can see the obvious so can they...the corporate managers who have MBAs and pretty solid business/leadership experience. We aren't complaining about issues they have no clue about. We are complaining about things they choose to ignore.

You guys need to change you voicemails to include CBA sections that way when you deny schedulings call, your informing them your not doing it!

Buddy of mine who slums it at one of those cargo outfits flying planes with 3 engines pointed out the other day to me that it seems like TSH is pulling out all the stops to staff G7 and AX but hesitant to do that with CP....but why???

Its not, he came from another airline too. Both of you did. I loitered outside of a McDonald's before compass and "spent an eternity on reserve after upgrade." But as Weird Al said, "First world problems"

Its true, I’ve actually never flown before . LOL, my post was in jest man, no hard feelings, I enjoy your post. But it does irk me when I hear guys in the crew room who were CFI’s less than a year ago whining about rsv time. Many here spent YEARS on rsv before with no hope of ever upgrading..........Compass is aight, lol.
