Ahahahah min day 330 is that serious? What genius in management thinks that's possible and what pilot thinks that's acceptable with our dogsht trip efficiency.gtfo here I'll see a contractual 5 hour min day before I see 330. I don't care if we can get 300%. I'm not a flight attendant and my CBA should reflect that. This company needs to hire and retain pilots. Coupled with a decent qol those things are all I care about.
And crimson I know it sucks to commute I do Msp a lot but you'd have more days off if we had efficient 5 day trips with a well staffed airline and a floor at 75 hours. 75 hour lines should consist of 3 5 day trips max rather than trying to reach 85 hrs by making your last day 2 hours because it would absolutely worsen avg Crip credit if they could do that

Look, the company is trying to junior man at every opportunity they can. No reason for us to give up any leverage and go down to a 3.5 day just so they can offer that sweet 200% crib pay. Mesa pays 300%, Endeavor it can go up to 200% (and all open time is 150% already), we are way behind our peers on this one.
They would be laughing if we sold our min day short just to get a little potential crib pay for one person. The jr man pay needs to be pegged at 300% so they actually have an incentive to offer us 200%, though. Otherwise they'll just continue to jr man at 150%.

Better pay to keep 2016 hires here
Don’t budge on min day
200+% critical pay.
I like what I’m reading.
My friend at PDT gets 300% critical pay, and for the past 6 months he’s flown as much as possible down to the FAR limitations, by choice. There are plenty of people here who would do that for the money.

Yep, I’d likely pick up trips if they want to pay 200-300%. If you pay us, we will fly!
And I can’t imagine a scenario that I’d ever vote for 3.5 min guarantee days....

The one scenario I'd be willing to entertain accepting a 3:30 min day pay is if the company was able to negotiate a no-interview flow to Delta and American (pilot's choice when their number came up) at the rate of 20/month and it could not be metered or throttled. Besides that, the company will have a resounding "no" heard all the way from LA.

4 junior man voicemails in the last 2 days. lel. reminds me of the good old days at awac. I should start a collection. I sorta almost feel bad for scheduling because the company has put them in a bad spot too... but I'm one of those guys hired in 2016 that didn't get the bonus and sat an eternity on reserve because of the hiring freeze. Don't pick up your phone boys and girls. P.S. I really hate how the voicemails all try to make it sound like I'm obligated to call them back psh.
On your days off??
