So between days during rap if your not used you always have 10hrs of rest. Well with time change at 2am tomorrow morning that is now reduced to 9hrs. So if your a rap1 guy/girl technically they either need to duty you off at 1700’or start your at 0500 to be legal correct?

They didn't forget. To improve staffing and efficiency, everyone is now on reserve. You will only be bidding your RAP and days off and then they 'll assign flying based on what's going on that day.

Integration doesn’t happen if another company purchases you, they can do whatever they want...including shut you down...see Colgan...the SLI occurred there because all carriers were ALPA. It would be to there benefit for morale purposes to integrate, but I guarantee you there union would fight tooth and nail for a staple job
As far as Integrations go nothing in recent history supports what you're saying. Republic acquired Frontier and Lynx. Those guys were integrated into the seniority list with fences put in place for obvious reasons. Stapling just doesn't happen anymore.
I do believe that Republic also has in their scope clause that any company operating for Holdings has to be under the same seniority list as all the other companies. That may have been removed with their recent agreement however.
The real mess is going to come from having different unions. You'll have two Alpa carriers and two Teamsters carriers (assuming all TSH is brought on board) that will need to settle on one union.

The McCaskill-Bond statute provides in relevant part:
(a) Labor integration. With respect to any covered transaction involving two or more covered air carriers that results in the combination of crafts or classes that are subject to the Railway Labor Act (45 U.S.C. 151 et seq.), sections 3 and 13 of the labor protective provisions imposed by the Civil Aeronautics Board in the Allegheny-Mohawk merger (as published at 59 C.A.B. 45) shall apply to the integration of covered employees of the covered air carriers; except that—
(1) if the same collective bargaining agent represents the combining crafts or classes at each of the covered air carriers, that collective bargaining agent’s internal policies regarding integration, if any, will not be affected by and will supersede the requirements of this section; and
(2) the requirements of any collective bargaining agreement that may be applicable to the terms of integration involving covered employees of a covered air carrier shall not be affected by the requirements of this section as to the employees covered by that agreement, so long as those provisions allow for the protections afforded by sections 3 and 13 of the Allegheny-Mohawk provisions.
49 U.S.C. § 42112, note § 117.

At this point I'd rather merge with RAH... my upgrade is going to be 2.5 years at the very least it seems. RAH is approaching that anyways. I would also get to end my coast-to-coast commute. With the long upgrade, cancelling of vacations, 85 hour lines, junior manning, min days off...why even commute the distance anymore?
Envoy is accepting direct entry captains. I mean yeah I would be on RSV forever in New York but at least I will stay in my own timezone...
The continued cancelling of vacations and throttled upgrades really killed any moral I had left. I am sure I am not the only 1.5-2 year FO that feels the same either.

You are not. That's why I bailed. I had vacation in April and I they tried taking that away on top of the 90-95 hour lines for 6 months, no schedule flexibility, and previous lost vacation I would've quit on the spot. F THIS PLACE!

I'm right there with both of you. If I didn't have a easy commute and get layovers 6 times a month in my home town I would have bailed a long time ago. They took my vacation but funny thing is, I could still probably get a majority of the whole week off I wanted any way. Jokes on them.
