This RAH nonsense is a load of cap until proven otherwise
The sv is short and laid back. Starts with a casual quizzing of memory items and limitations, a one or two questions on each overhead panel system from the lights and switches guide, 2 or 3 gos questions, and finishes with a brief of the mv plan of action/brief for the SIM. A CQ Sv will be 15-20 min, not more than 30. **if you are prepared**

Make sure you are up to date on AOM/FOM/QRH changes.

Personally, I think 12 month is a good time to do a fresh reading/skimming of all the manuals, but don't feel like you have to do that if you don't have time. Focus on lights and switches, memory and limitations, review flows etc, just the basic stuff. Get into the QRH at some point too, get used to using it again on some of the more in depth procedures.

Airline integrations move at a glacial pace. Think of all the infrastructure changes, paperwork, observations, training costs, uniforms, and then unions.

If RAH/TSH is true, I bet you they leave us separate, just like TSH today. Also, companies tend to announce these kind of things after the first quarter (Q1).

Anyone else having issues with AOS? I log in and try to search pairings and I get do not get any results. I also tried to import my bid from last month and nothing shows up in the Matched Pairing Chart on the Prioritize Layers Page.

Question for the contract nerds. So for this of us on rsv or having min rest tonight, time change occurs so we loose an hour. So if you were scheduled for 10hrs rest your now down to 9hrs correct? Is that legal?

No certificate holder may schedule and no flightcrew member may accept an assignment for any reserve or flight duty period unless the flightcrew member is given a rest period of at least 10 consecutive hours immediately before beginning the reserve or flight duty period measured from the time the flightcrew member is released from duty. The 10 hour rest period must provide the flightcrew member with a minimum of 8 uninterrupted hours of sleep opportunity.

were you supposed to have 10 hours before a rap? Chances are they just didn't catch it. Call them and let them know you need released an hour early or start an hour later.

To be legal per 117 you need 10 hours. As you say I'm sure CS did not catch it.

So between days during rap if your not used you always have 10hrs of rest. Well with time change at 2am tomorrow morning that is now reduced to 9hrs. So if your a rap1 guy/girl technically they either need to duty you off at 1700’or start your at 0500 to be legal correct?
