Every single vacation cancelled for FOs company wide for the month of April. I'm sure people will show up for class now.

I clicked the PDF frantically hoping that maybe it would open the FO vacation section. But yep I guess all FOs lost their vacation. So much for good faith from the company. Where's the pressure from ALPA? What is the company doing to increase new hires? Why are so many failing? Why hasn't BG or AT taken responsibility. Is it time to jump ship to LCC? This lack of information from above is not comforting.

Did they actually pull them? Or did they just screw up the bid package and leave that page out? Lord knows they've NEVER screwed up the bid package before emailing it out before.

And the failing new hires thing: are they ever going to finally step up and realize they need to update their training now that the non-121, 1000 hr new hire is becoming the norm instead of the exception? If your failure rates and repeat rates are THAT high, then you need to look at your training program because it is NOT working as intended.

yeeaaahh... Are we assuming fo vacations are canceled because they aren't in the bud package? I'd imagine something as severe as NO VACATION for an entire work group for the month would come with a memo, and not just snuck in with a regular monthly pdf.

Let's leave the pitchforks put for just a wee bit.

Or, the barrel is being scraped so hard that they are through the wood and into the dirt beneath? Plenty of non 121 guys have made it through up to this point.

They are cancelled. FOs received the email minutes before the package came it. Convenient to do it after the conference call.

I think cpz needs to scrap the bs cbts for new hires and make training a traditional indoc and system training during that time period.
