As someone looking to apply in the next couple months and have my minimums by June-July, is there optimism that the company will be able to renew their contracts for both Delta and AA? Reading this thread for the past few weeks makes me wonder if CPZ would be a good place to end up.

Anyone that wants to debate Compass's dead last performance can ask their peers at other Delta connection carriers. So if Compass management wants to tell you it's amazing, but your peers at the other airlines have different numbers what would you believe? I've seen the data from a peer at SkyWest, and another at Endeavor. Does anyone think there's a good reason for both companies to lie? Who's fudging the figures is for you to decide.

No. Why would they? Our performance for Delta has been dead last four a while. And rumor has it there will be cancellations in the next few months due to lack of staffing.

If I have three thermometers in the same location and two tell me the same temperate, but the third one tells me what I want to see, which one is accurate?

Well when there are multiple sources with the same data and one is telling you the opposite which one of them would you think is correct?

I’m not saying cpz management isn’t lying to us but I doubt theirs isn’t telling them all the truth as well

Well, you certainly can believe what you want to believe. I would suggest doing some research on your own. Compass management is not going to talk about gloom and doom. They’re going to spread positive vibes so they don’t accelerate attrition and hamper their recruiting efforts. Case in point, look at Skywest and ASA/ExpressJet.
