just to clearify, there is a lot more to our LOA extension than just this. This was just the executive summary they gave to us prior to the actual LOA being released that pretty much only talked about compensation.

In all reality I'm pretty sure like others have mentioned the DPI means nothing other than a warm fuzzy feeling for those who have it next to there names. I'm going to disagree with that. Compass pilots have a terrible reputation at Delta due to some flow-thru pilots who acted entitled.

To be clear only the flow guys have the bad reputation... if you say you're from compass expect to be asked "you're not one of those.. flow guys... are you?"

There was also some heartburn on the delta side because they were having to hire people that they did not "vett". The street flows both ways.

They HAD a bad reputation. Like it was previously stated, those were the flow guys (again only a small percentage at that). Talked to some DL management in ATL. They said DL didn't have an problem with CPZ pilots. It's TSH management that they don't like.
