You're just filling in so don't stress. With that said, if you are the cause for the failure of the guy getting evaluated then they could bring you in for more training and that's it. You're not the one in the hot seat but if you flat out break limitations and FARs and crash the sim then you could be brought in to re-train. It's not jeopardy if you're seat support. In the SV you're not going to be asked any questions if you're filling in for a 12 month CQMV. During the MV you will have to perform like you would on line. Use CRM and help out the guy you're sitting next to.

Thanks...sounds good. Just not a fan of going to the sim unless it's part of my AQP footprint.

Want faster upgrade? Stop picking up critical time! They won't need to upgrade as many if the flying is being covered.

Wouldn't that be based of CA open time, and they already got their upgrade so... just a question of seniority for them...

Are you serious dude? A 6 month upgrade wasn't fast enough?

Very funny

How about everyone stop picking up open time until they offer .... Say 200%?
Or 400% like at our sister company?

So we get 4 hrs of pay on those 30 hr layover with duty that rolls from the previous day? Where the release time is like 0001. But no credit on those day. So just doesn't count in the bidding process towards like min credit and stuff. But we get the money?

That explanation on the email was clear as mud.
