Why does it take crews so long to get their shyt off the plane and get moving at this company?!?
For the love of God, if you are already late 15 minutes and you know there is an outboud crew waiting, you should be kicking the heels of the last passenger walking up the jet bridge!!
We almost missed our DHD flight back home to base to complete our pairing because the inbound crew took 10 minutes after the last passenger to vacate the plane.
How many more memos need to be written on this subject?!?
Captains, please light a fire under your crews' behind to get moving...it does affect other people.

I couldn't agree with you more. It's very rare to find a crew that cares at all about being on time. I think it's because most of them have never been in a situation where they're flying contracts were at risk of being taken away because of performance. After all, that's how the company gets paid for the flying. Have just a little pride in being on time. Of course there will be situations where being on time isn't possible, but don't always drag your feet and take your sweet time.
To add to that, how are we the best performing AA regional, 95% DO for three plus months in a row, if it's rare to find crews who care about performance. Just goes to show that it's not CP's fault about Delta performance, rather the setup at LAX on the Delta side.

If I ever have to wait, its usually on FA-B, and they're usually fairly new.

Yeah it can that's what I did all of mine on. I can't remember what browser worked best but sometimes you would just have a bit of a delay before the green tick that showed you completed it come up. I used a combination of Safari, Firefox and Chrome lol

Don't forget to hang out in the jet bridge for 10 minutes while the pilots fist bump and the FA's hug and gossip!!
