Question for current Compass pilots. I'm transitioning from military and trying to decide if I want to go to regionals or take a desk job instead and would like specific feedback from current Compass aircrew, thanks.
What is a typical month schedule like for FO? For Capt? For the 11 days off/month, how do they break that up, I.e. 1 day/week, 3 days in a row etc.

Delta AE just released. It shows 100 positions that should be open after the bid. Hopefully this means more hiring for delta which in turn means compass will need another 40 guys or so.

For a new FO, any estimate oh how long I'd be on reserve?
Also what is opportunity to earn more than the $20K for 1st yr pay?

Decent odds. Everyone will move up 60 numbers or more this fall and winter. If you move up quick and get a line you can credit up to 95 hrs a month.
