Don't forget to count our four hotels a month for commuters. A Crashpad in LAX will run you about $4,000/year, which most people will now no longer need. The real numbers are closer than a $10K spread. And what's upgrade time at Endeavor? Even if ours hangs around 2-3 years, will you ever see that at Endeavor?

Anyone tried to enroll for the benefits yet? I got on Paycor and everything seems to be wrong. Dental is way more then it shows in the benefits guide, the pilot coverage I have been using last year doesn't even show there. Does anyone have a similar problem, or is it just me?

I quit Endeavor after 6 years. I was actually holding a line in MPS on the 200 when I quit. It was the BEST decision I could have made. Endeavor is full of lifers (that means it takes longer to move up the seniority list), at the moment has long upgrade times, a bandaid-of-a-bonus program that can be taken away at any time, has junior bases in New York, flies a good amount of 50 seaters that Delta hates, and technically still operates under a bankruptcy contract full of LOAs with a mixed seniority list left over from Pinacolgaba that still has people ****ed off. Not to mention they're owned by Delta which has a history of being a bad thing. When the bonus money stops coming and you're still an FO you take a massive pay cut. Don't forget that.
It's not hard at all to credit 90-95+ hours in a month at Compass. That means you're making over $40,000 your first year including per diem, you get 4 hotels paid for per month if you commute (that saves thousands of dollars a year on hotels and crash pads) plus we have west coast bases, MSP isn't going anywhere, fly to better places, have a much happier pilot group and upgrade times are way shorter. MSP will turn junior with the way hiring is going. The vast majority of new hires are all from west coast and never want to see MSP. SEA and LAX will become more senior over time. We have new airplane with AA and we don't have a single 50 seater that the majors hate. Plus we have a new contract and a company willing to up the ante as much as necessary to keep the pilot group relatively happy....at least competitive.

Not sure if anyone said anything yet, but I contacted scheduling today about a hotel. I was told that the CPs told scheduling that hotels won't be available until sometime next week, details are still being ironed out.

Seems like they are still working out how to get the hotels arranged. Should be interesting.
Edit: as far as making 40k here at CPZ with the new pay rate...doubtful. Training is currently around 3.5 months. So you're going to try and make 40k in 8.5 months? That's a bit of a stretch guys.

Is it going to be the same hotel as the crew hotel in LAX?
