"Compass Airlines has finalized an agreement with ATP Flight School that paves the way for its participation in ATP's Tuition Reimbursement Program. This program allows ATP graduate flight instructors to have up to $11,000 of their ATP training costs paid for by Compass, in exchange for agreeing to fly for Compass after earning the requisite number of hours. "

The training schedule calls for 40 per month until March. Thereafter the schedule is for 15 or so per month to account for attrition. The hiring dept has been told to hire indefinitely. Those are projections and are obviously subject to change but training 40 per month for the next 4 months is a LOT of people.

$1500 pilot referral bonus and in seat power retrofits. And the 2 planes leaving the Delta shuttle when it goes mainline will move to SEA.

Quick poll of those that have recently been scheduled for and/or completed FO IOE:
1. How long did you wait between LOE and IOE?
2. If you are complete IOE, how long did it take?

Current gouge flying around the student ranks is anywhere between less "than a week off" in between LOE and IOE to "one month plus".
