Default Sign on bonus at Compass

Just read that Compass is offering Sign-on bonus too of $10,000. Even Compass is not able to find pilots given the fast upgrade and a good contract.

Even SKW has a bonus now. Its exciting to watch the crunch happen. Good time to be a pilot.



Unrelated question: Can anyone tell me the quality of trips out of MSP vs LAX vs SEA? I mean specifically commutable trips and average credit hours per 4-5 day trips for the different bases. Any insight would be appreciated.

good luck with a 6 year cba that expires may 2020. only took them one year into it to already amend the compensation with a signing bonus because it sucked to begin with.
