IMHO. I think the top 100 Compass pilots will be allowed to flow. I think the flow will end at the end of this year.

Got it already thanks for the help though!

Pure speculation at this point in regards to the flow. Anything could come out of the negotiations, too many moving parts with too many parties involved to nail down a accurate guess.

Do you think you guys will relax your scope restriction tied to the flow?

IMO, no. I've talked to my reps, as have many others. We all came out of the conversation feeling that its very clear our Reps know any further relaxation is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

Congrats on the interview! What times do you have? Sent you a PM too, if you don't want to post your times on here...

I'm heading to MSP in the near future to work with Compass. I have a few questions for those "in the know" :

1. How many of the 400 company pilots would you say are commuters? (%?)

2. Is there a hard date for negotiations to be settled in regards to the flow-through with Delta?

3. What sort of living arrangements are common among commuters?

4. Any rumors about any pilot bases beyond MSP & DTW?

That's it for now. Any information would be helpful as I work on logistics...

1. Almost everyone in DTW commutes and the trips are not commuter friendly what so ever. Alot of the MSP guys live there but still a fair amount of commuters. The MSP trips are much more commuter friendly.

2. The flow remains as is for 60 days past the sale (july 1st). Hopefully it will be worked out before the 60 days is up.

3. MSP most crashpads are located somewhere along the light rail $200-250. DTW crashpads are mostly located in hotels $100-200.

4. As far as bases go??? Delta just announced a major expansion in DCA and rumors are compass will have over 20 departures a day which is about the number currently in DTW. I have not been able to confirm this though.

Welcome to compass!!

Default Thanks for the Info

Eagle,

I appreciate the information. I kinda got the idea that most that are going to flow in August and forward are MSP based, making a demand for new hires at that domicile. I've been making plans accordingly.... Thanks.
