anyone know where I can find a list of which airlines in which we have a jumpseat agreement with?

What's the code to check in for a Delta deadhead? I keep getting an error that says it can't find my itinerary. Tried 00 for two digit ID, flight number for rotation number and both LAX and MSP for base.
