Why wait 'til next month?

So far NOBODY has been able to figure out why some people are picked and why some aren't just re-apply immediately. Change your address from Dr. to Drive, or something. I'd just keep applying if you're interested in coming.

hey guys, quick question for all of you based in DTW. What does your monthly bid packet look like? Are there a wide variety of trips or mostly 3 and 4 days or what? Does Compass have any stand up/CD/high speed lines?

I am in the 7/1 class and live just outside of detroit and just wondering what life will be like once I get on line. Thanks.

I agree that you dont need to wait very long before reapplying. The HR dept is a total mystery. I would bet you could reapply the same day you got the no thanks letter and then get a call for an interview the next day.

What they are looking for is unknown by all that work at CP too. We recommend well qualified people and they never get a call.

We have had several people flying the line get the thanks but no thanks letter.

I have been based in DTW since it opened in 08. Trips have changed from great to suck ass. In July we have 4 stand up lines and day trips galore. 2 and 3 day trips but not to many not to many 4 day trips and almost nil the are commutable on both ends.

How much time do you have, if you don't mind me asking?

Default Time to call back

I just applied 2500 hrs 1000 PIC JET, I was just wondering how long it takes to get a response whether it be thanks but no thanks or for an interview.

There is no timeline. Some people have got a call in a week and some (like me) haven't got a call or "thank you for your interest, however..." e-mail in over a year.
