Hey guys, a couple days ago I woke up with red marks all over my body. I think they're bedbug bites that I got at the MCI hotel. Make sure to pull back the sheets and check the bed corners and not to set your luggage down on anything but a table or luggage rack. I don't know if they're bedbug bites for sure or if it's even from that hotel, but I won't be skimping on checking the beds anymore.

I've also been taught not to set my luggage on the floor or on the bed. Only use the luggage racks. That is excellent advice. Also, when you get home, don't put your luggage on YOUR bed. If you managed to transport bed bugs back, you don't want them on your bed!

Serious question here. I've always understood bed bugs were hard to see by the naked eye. I've heard if you see red smears on the mattress, that is evidence of bed bugs (they poop your blood and thus the smears), but it seems that would be a pretty advanced stage. What else could we use as signs other than just being able to spot them out?

Hey all, new hire and start class in a month. Just wanted to ask if you have any study material or advice for me to get a head start to be better prepared.
Thanks

If you know someone that works here you could start learning limitations and memory items, but it's not necessary. Just make sure everything is taken care of so when you start the CBT you can devote all you time to it. Knock out the CBT then start getting flows, procedures, call outs, and limitations memorized before going back. Having it all memorized is not a must because you will have some time when back in msp but at least have good idea of it all.
