They can try all they want to avoid compensating us more. However, the only way they will be able to staff this airline in the future is if they raise all of our payscales $15-$20K/year like the Endeavor pilots have. If they don't do that, they can watch their staffing get worse and worse.

We needed to hire 40/month but it has been closer to 30-35/month. I would venture a bet that no more than half would have 1000 hours of 121 time and less than that will take a west coast upgrade.

The next opening in the MSP FO category will be this bid. The 32 upgrades will create 32 FO vacancies. So unless 100% of the upgrades come from the LAX and SEA FO positions, MSP will have openings. As long as there are less pilots above you wanting a MSP FO position, you will be awarded it.

Don't get crazy now. Early Feb hire here and it says as of now I wouldn't be awarded.

Edit: I stand corrected. Just viewed the awards. 2 guys between me and the most junior msp fo got awarded it. Must have only been 2 MSP vacancies for Aug.

I'd rather see emails helping out fellow pilots than most of the other company spam we get. Not sure why our fellow interwebz warriors think it's so annoying.

It comes out quarterly. There is a 15 days grace period for them to get it out. A new one should come out in a few weeks. The last one was emailed in April.
